Black Angus Beef infoThe Aberdeen Angus beef breed is world renowned for flavor, tenderness and succulence. We offer the Angus range of traditionally matured Aberdeen Black Angus Beef. The beef is naturally blessed with unique taste and marbling – this coupled with feeding on Kentucky’s lush grassland produces the best beef available. Subsequently, a program of traditional “dry aging” maturation offers a unique combination of natural processes. Our Butchers at Boone’s Abbatoir then carefully hand select and supervise the process to ensure the individual requirements of each customer are met. All of our products are packaged in a range of retail or wholesale formats in classic white, butcher paper or my preference Vacu-Sealing. OUR PRODUCT RANGE:
