One of our mortgage brokers, who we often use, just called and told me they just got another $8,000,000.00 in FHA/Government funding to lend at low rates. This is huge for us and our KY Land Sales members. All the media is telling everyone how bad it is – that is the Perfect time to buy. Rates are low, the government is throwing money at us and our prices are low to begin with. All this tells me, whether you are looking for a home to move into or buy investment property – this is truly the perfect time to buy.
How about this home. With these new funds, a payment of $363/mo with nothing down? Who wouldn’t want to live stress-free in a nice area/nice town like this? Call to get approved and start living the good life here in the Bluegrass.
