We had some incredible buyers and I congratulate them on their purchase. They had great credit, got a great interest rate AND they are getting on our Fast-Track for paying their mortgage off in 10.4 years.
Ashley Estes listed this and found us a buyer in just a couple weeks - and in the worst time of the year to try to find buyers - supposedly.
Lately, the market has gotten wild. Some people are getting discouraged by it, however, I see it as a new opportunity. Whether you’re a seller, buyer, or an investor, this market is SO wide open to anyone who wants to take a step in any direction.
The problem today is that most people are asleep. We have a limited inventory and the market still favors sellers to a certain degree, while buyers are getting another shot at some of these incredible interest rates! —
