In a higher-end home like this, a commercial-grade kitchen we felt is appropriate and being an epicure myself, we love our commercial-grade kitchen for entertaining friends and family. There actually is room for a claw-footed tub in the 2nd bathroom that hasn't been completed yet. The upstairs is part of the Phase 3 renovation not yet in the "concrete" plans. We anticipate the renovations to be completed - Phase 2, which is Kit, Bath, CHA, floors, etc - move right in condition - by Nov 1.
