3.5 acres and a nice home for $80,000? Serious?
We get calls all the time from people out of the area telling us “heck, we can’t even get a garage for that price!” And that is true - we know it. Then the very next question is “but is this place out in Hooterville?” 99% of the time it is not - but if it is, I will tell you. you can always count on me to tell you things like that - I am not a Realtor and I can tell you about neighborhoods, areas, more desirable school systems and the like.
I am not going to defame an area because I don’t like it - its just not my nature, but I also don’t think its fair to have someone fly in - spend a ton of resources - both money and TIME (your most important resource) - to be disappointed and thinking - he could have told me about the ____ over the phone. If an area is great - I’ll tell you - if it’s not - count on me to tell you.
